COMBINATION
AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY & GROUND PHOTOGRAPHY
|
This is one of the most effective advertising
packages available and can be used for commercial buildings
and exclusive residential real estate. It includes three types
of photography to provide a “Total Overview” of
the property. |

Aerial Photo
Lead-in:
This would be a series of aerial shots starting at a
higher altitude and progressively getting lower and
closer to the target photo site. As we do this, we are
constantly circling the photo site to show each exposure.
This is outstanding for showing prospective buyers/owners
the surrounding areas while drawing attention to the
target site.

Ground Photos
– Exterior:
This is a series of images featuring prominent features
of the structure. It can include long shots using a
“tilt and shift” lens to correct for building
parallax to close-up shots of the entrance and exterior
signs on the face of the building. |

Ground Photos – Interior:
This is a series of interior architectural images showing
the lobby, atrium, interior shopping, storefronts, office
space and conference rooms. |

This is the most professional “Visual”
advertising packages available to feature commercial buildings
and exclusive residential real estate. It includes three types
of video to provide an “Ultimate Overview” of
the property. The video can be edited and put on a DVD for
distribution. |

features of the structure. Our video camera mounted
on our gyro-stabilized platform can be mounted on a
golf cart to show a moving shot from the street or a
shot approaching the house from the driveway. We can
us our dollies and cranes to give additional moving
shots of the property. |

ELEVATED
GROUND PHOTOGRAPHY |
Do you ever get tired of the same old
“curb shot” of a piece of real estate? You know,
where someone pulls up to the property, jumps out and takes
a picture directly in front of the property.
Here’s an alternative that is unique
and gives you a different perspective. We use a pole-mounted
platform that can raise the camera up to 20’ above the
ground. This is fantastic for showing the surrounding area
around a property. This style of photography is extremely
effective for shopping centers, single structures, landscaping,
pool areas, and many other situations where you need elevate
the camera.

DIGITAL
EDITTING AND ENHANCEMENTS |
We use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe LightRoom
for digital editing and enhancements to our photo images.
We can digitally enhance your images, “green-up”
landscape areas, remove telephone wires/poles, remove cars/obstacles
and a variety of other applications.

GRAPHICS |
We can overlay property lines and boundaries
on an image for Land Development, Land Acquisition, and Commercial
Properties. Titles can also be added for streets, roads, surrounding
landmarks and buildings. |

IN-HOUSE
PRINTING |
Digital images are edited and printed
in-house with Adobe Photoshop CS3. Images can be printed at
our facility up to 24” wide and up to 60” long.
We use the Epson wide-body printers using the latest professional
Ultra Chrome K3 processing. Additionally, we use Epson Premium
Luster or Glossy Photo Paper or Matte or Glossy Canvas for
print media. |

MOUNTING
AND FRAMING |
| We additionally offer custom mounting, matting and framing
for images up to 24”x36”. Call us for details. |

IMAGE
DELIVERY |
| We process and edit all our images in-house. We can normally
deliver images within a 24 to 48-hour period after the images
are taken. Images can be formatted to meet your media needs.
